Cheese and Garlic mini buns
These mini buns make a great snack and are really tasty.

- Heat oven to 220 º .
- Prepare a baking tray with a non - greased baking sheet.
Ingredients :
- 250 g Flour
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
- 85g Butter
- 90 g Grated cheese ( cheddar / amsterdamer / parmsan )
- 3/4 tsp of dried Rosemary
- 1 Tbsp chopped fresh Parsley
- 200 ml Milk
- 1 Garlic Clove
Method :
In a large bowl, sift together flour, salt and baking powder. Cut butter into small pieces and rub in until mixture resembles coarse breadcrumbs. Make a well in the center of flour mixture. Add the milk , cheese parsley and rosemary ; stir to combine. Place dough by spoonfuls onto an ungreased baking sheet.
Bake in preheated oven for 12 to 15 minutes, until lightly browned. While biscuits are baking mix melted butter and minced garlic. Brush garlic butter over biscuits at about five minutes from the end of baking time and sprinkle with coarse sea salt.
They melt in your mouth !
